terms, conditions, & privacy policy
For Customers
When you place an order, you will be asked to provide information that is necessary for me to fulfill your order. This may include your shipping address, name, emails address, phone number, and any details relating to your purchase. You will also be asked to enter in your payment details, however I do not have access to this information: I never see your credit card details. When you place an order, your card will be charged and the order and delivery details will be sent to me so that I can fulfil your order.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

Emails
You may receive emails about your order, such as a confirmation to show that you have made a purchase and a dispatch notice to tell you that your order is on its way. This is for your records and to keep you informed about the status of your order. Your contact information is shared with Wix so that they can send these emails to you on my behalf. If you receive any other emails, you will be able to opt out of them by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

Postage and Packaging
Small sized paper prints will be packaged flat in a bend-proof envelope. Larger-sized paper prints will be packaged rolled in a sturdy cardboard box or tube appropriate for the size of the print. Metal prints and originals will also be packaged flat. Smaller items such as notebooks or jewellery will be packaged in size-appropriate boxes or other protective packaging. All packaging material will be recyclable and plastic-free where possible.

Most prints and custom orders are made on demand, so please allow between 2 - 10 business days before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and, if available, a tracking number to track your delivery.

Delivery time will vary depending on the option selected at checkout. If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch (this is very unlikely for UK orders), please contact me and we will work together to find a solution.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international deliveries, customs and import taxes may apply, for which you will be responsible. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns Policy
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, except for personalised or custom-made items.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. For returns and exchanges, contact me within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to give a reason for doing so. You will have 14 days to return the item(s), after which you will a receive a refund within another 14 days. Please note, you will be responsible for any return postage costs and if items are not returned in their original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Jewellery Care & Repairs
In rare cases, the metal of some of the jewellery may tarnish, whether due to sweat or even changes in body chemistry. If this happens, use bicarbonate of soda to remove the tarnish, though beware that this may also dull any coloured metals.

Please refrain from submerging in water as this can cause the art-stone to detach. We believe in treasuring our gifts and making our pieces last, so if this does happen, please use the contact form to arrange your jewellery repair. The repair itself will be free, although we may ask you to cover any shipping costs.

Faded Prints
As the years pass and my methods evolve and develop, I recognise certain mistakes I made when first starting out and seek to rectify them. So if by any chance an A4 or smaller print that you purchased from me begins to fade in colour, please reach out via the contact form so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
